RECESS FOR MOMS (RIDE & STRENGTH MAMAS)
6 WEEK Program Starting November 7th – December 17th
Tuesdays RIDE 11am – Thursday STRENGTH – 1:00pm
- $250 For 6 Weeks – Two Classes Per Week
- Tuesday Ride Class (Spin Class) 35 Minutes – Baby must be in a bucket or bouncer. Sound will be played through bluetooth headphones for Mom.
- Thursdays Strength Class 35 Minutes Full Body – Baby can be in a carrier, bucket or bouncer.

CANCELATION & WAITLIST POLICY & PRICING POLICY
Waitlist
Full class on the schedule? No problem. The waitlist MOVES! Go ahead and add yourself to the waitlist. Make sure your WPG Cycle notifications are turned on and we will send you a message once a spot has opened. If you don’t get in, your class pass will not be affected. If you are signed up for the waitlist and a spot opens, you are committed to coming to the class. If you don’t show up, your class pass will be affected as another rider is anxiously waiting behind you to get in. If you do not intend to come to class we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist so your fellow rider has a chance for class and this way your pass will not be affected.
Canceling
We know that life happens and sometimes you can’t make your ride. That is why we provide you with an 8-hour cancellation window to cancel your classes by managing your own account. With a high volume of Riders waiting to get into waitlisted classes, we ask that you respect this policy and cancel your Ride within this window or you will be charged a $10 cancellation or no-show fee (no exceptions) Please note that we do not take cancellations by phone, email, or any social media platform.
We do not provide refunds or cancelations on our memberships for the first 3 months. After that, you can cancel within 30 day written notice. We do not pause our memberships due to sickness, vacation, school etc. If you are moving you must provide 60 days notice and proof of new address. We do not transfer passes.
Waiver
All riders are required to sign our online waiver. If you haven’t you will be asked to sign one before class. All riders 18 and under are required to have a guardian’s signature before riding. Riders must be at least 4 feet 11 inches tall to ride and not under the age of 13. We like to try and keep our music as clean as possible but note that some lyrics may be explicit.
Pricing Policy
We want to sincerely thank you for your continued support at WPG Cycle through the years and seeing us through COVID19. It’s been one heck of a ride since we opened the doors, and we truly wouldn’t be where we are without each and every one of you.
We were so happy to have been able to offer you reduced rates in 22/23 to get you back to the studio and moving again post-Covid. It was our desire to offer you reduced pricing for a 1 year time frame while everyone got back into the swing of things. We were also grateful that we were able to continue this reduced rate for this past year but as they say it is time to go back to our regular scheduled programming. WPG Cycle reserves the right to increase pricing one time per year due to inflation including class passes, monthly and one year auto renew memberships. We appreciate your continued support and understanding.
EXPRIY DATES AND SALES
Please note that class passes do not expire unless passes are bought on a WPG Cycle sale. Expiry dates are posted along with sale details at the time of the sale.
