  1. How do I book into a class? You can easily book into any class using our free WPG CYCLE app for iOS and Android or through our website at www.wpg-cycle.com
  2. When can I sign up for classes? Classes go live 1 week out from the booking date.
  3. How far out can I book my classes? Unlimited & VIP members and guests with an Advanced Booking Credit can book up to 2 weeks out. All other guests get 1 week.
  4. Can I pick my own spot? Yes. You can choose your own bike or mat in all of our classes.
  5. My bike assignment changed, why is that? We reserve the right to change your bike assignment if we need to make bike repairs or the room layout needs to change or if a waitlisted member has an unassigned bike.
  6. Do you provide towels? Yes! We have complimentary towel service for you.
  7. Do you provide shoes for rent for cycle? Yes
  8. Can I bring my own spin shoes? Yes! Our bikes are KEO 2 Compatible
  9. Can I ride in my regular shoes? No
  10. Do you provide mats for rent for Strength and Yoga classes? We provide them for you!
  11. Do you have water? Yes! We have bottled water for $2 or you can fill up your own bottle using our dispenser for free. Save the Planet!
  12. Can I book a class for a guest or friend? Yes! You can book your guest into a class using a drop in credit only (packs are excluded). Unlimited members get 1 free guest pass a month and VIPS get 3 you can purchase additional drop-in credits as needed. 
  13. How early should I arrive to class? Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure you can get set up properly.
  14. What is the Cancellation Policy for classes I’ve signed up for? There is a 8 hour cancellation policy for all classes. 
  15. What happens if I do not cancel my class within the 8 hour cancellation window? A fee of $10 will be charged to both unlimited and pass members.
  16. If I have an Unlimited membership and I “no show” to a class is there a charge? Yes! If you are booked into a class that you do not cancel before the start time and you “no show” you will be charged $10.
  17. What happens if I arrive late to a class? Doors will be closed 1 minute before class starts. Once closed, guests will not be allowed into class.
  18. What happens if I need to leave a class early? As a safety precaution and to respect the experience of fellow guests, we ask that you only book yourself into classes that you know you can fully attend from start to finish (including stretch). All classes start and end on time to respect your commitments outside of our space. If you are unwell in class please flag down your instructor of Hype Crew Member. We are here to help
  19. What happens if I get into class from the waitlist and late cancel or now show? Signing up for the waitlist is like signing up for class. You have made the waitlist commitment and held a spot. If you don’t have intentions of coming to class you must remove yourself from the waitlist just like a regular class so other members have chance to get in to class. If you are added to class and no show or late cancel you will be charged a $10 fee. Nothing will be charged if you are not added to class.
  20. Do you have showers? We have fully stocked shower facilities with all the amenities you need.
  21. Do you offer online classes? ON Demand Classes will be launching in February 2023
  22. What is your Cancellation Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships with a 6 or 1 year month commitment? We do not allow cancellations for Monthly Membership in the first 6 months. After that, you can cancel within 30 day written notice.
  23. What is your Refund Policy? We do not provide refunds on class passes, monthly passes, or memberships for any reason, including re-location as our passes do not expire. If you have purchased a retail item that you need to return, the item must be unworn with tags attached and we will provide an exchanged on the item.
