Your favourite Quote: No pain, no gain.

Why do you ride? Spinning fixes a bad day and makes a good day better. You’re doing something good for your body AND it also happens to be SO FUN. I always leave class feeling better about life.

How would you describe your class? A motivating, hardcore, bonafide sweat sesh.

What’s the number one thing on your bucket list? At one point it was to teach spin (true story)! But now that’s checked off….to become a full time fashion blogger.

If the world was ending what is the last song you would ride too? Indian Summer by Jai Wolf.

If you had to go toe to toe in a dance off against celebrity who would it be? I’m a really bad dancer, so I’d probably choose to have a “yoga pose off” with Sting.

Describe your alter ego? Hmmm. Honestly, who I am on the bike is my alter ego! Off the bike I’m all sparkles and glitz, everything pink, lipstick and bubbly, but on the bike we are going to RAGE. (oh, and sometimes wear lipstick 😛 )

If a movie was made about your life who would play you and what song would be in the opening credits? Blake Lively and the song Angel by Gavin Friday.

What is the most inspiring thing about WPG CYCLE? That everyday rain or shine (or blizzard) people show up to work hard. Everyone has their different reasons why they are there, but that doesn’t matter, they are equally important and you can feel that. WPG Cycle lifts each other up and is a true community. Even though those of us on the podium are called “Inspirators”, I hope riders in the classes know how much THEY inspire us as well.
